One could use a tamper at a lowest speed to just push harder things a bit, then stop for a vacuum pumping followed by full speed blending.

thx for your time and effort on this video John, I'll stick with the dynapro. I'm in this long term. I'm a few months into vac/juicing/blending. my Omega upright is collecting dust. as great as the Omega is, the dynapro really way a big improvement in what I thought was already perfect. now for the first time I'm starting to experiment with blended salads and other types of smoothie experiments that I had avoided over the decades cuz I didn't like all that air and gassy feeling. the dynapro also seems to be more flexible for my needs because it's not all one piece. I don't like being boxed into a single unit if I don't have to when there are multiple tasks being done if I don't have to. so I'll be looking for those nut milk bags when you get them in, then I'll decide whether I'm going to experiment with that little orange juicer hand thingy you had mentioned, but from what I just saw in this video those bags do look easier to work with than the ones I've been using when you get down to the end pull the part.

Its funny you mentioned that piece falling off. I had that exact thing happen with my (...) vacuum blender. (Not naming the company because I don't want to shame them, but it was definitely a major design flaw.)

John, I have to tamp my green smoothies a lot in my Vitamix. How do you tamp with a vacuum blender? I add greens to the container 3 times.

add more liquid OR precut ingredients into smaller pieces. If this is a deal breaker, DONT get a vacuum blender, and live with the oxidation and bloating :) I prefer vacuum blending despite the recipes may being a little more liquid and adjusting MY technique when blending.

Hey John, does BlitzWolf share what vacuum pressure the chamber is put under? Is it truly a perfect vacuum of 29.92" Hg meaning 0% oxygen inside? I know the Dynapro is not a perfect vacuum. The only one that's very close to a perfect vacuum is the Kuvings vacuum blender. Also how concerned are you over the vacuum blender you use at home not being a perfect vacuum (since there is technically oxygen in the chamber). Thanks for all you do John!

I have not tested the blitzwolf vacuum or others besides the blendtec (that is not available) I do have a meter and need to rig it up with an adapter so I can start doing tests. I personally do not trust manufacturer stats, as they may not be accurate. Plus your elevation will influence on how effective a pump is. I strive to use the pump I feel pumps the most air out which is the blendtec pump that never came to market for the general public. It's best to pull the most vacuum out BUT at the same time the big negative is the more vacuum you pull, the most STRESS /pressure it will put on seals in the bottom of the blender near the shaft, which means it will leak sooner, as most vacuum blenders use "common seals" for bearings and not specially designed ones. That is why I like the blendtec solution, that used the best engineered seals that are stronger than common seals that are used. If the seals go out in a blitzwolf, you probably wont be able to easily replace them.

This blender is a rebranded NUWAVE Vacuum Blender. It's a good blender. My only problem with vacuum blenders is you have to add to much liquid. I like my smoothie very thick. That's not possible in a vacuum blender no matter who makes it.

No way am I taking a chance with putting that glass in the container and depending on the vacuum only mode. I'd probably hit the wrong button. (I've done it before with another blender... Screwed up the vacuum motor too.) I'll stick to using the hand pumps for Mason jars now. Interesting tip though.
