This is my response to 5:28 The explanation to that is they don't want their vocal performance getting compromised. Aside from that, (this could also be a reason) the frames per second on this video you reacted on is higher compared to the dance practice, so it may show that they're not attacking that much.

They can lipsynch it so they could dance extremely just like how they did on the dance practice video. But they don't lipsynch. Not their thing.
