Nice work. Tip: cut a disc of your higher grit paper and superglue it to an old disc to create your own disc.

Why wouldn't you raise the hood in just eliminate that chance of damage and less taping off

The result of the sanding never will be hazy, if you finish it with p2000.

An approved coat for headlights not 2K clear that'll damage over time cuz it Doesn't expand the way the plastic expands and it can spider crack your headlights but no coat like this it'll go right back to faded and oxidized in no time
