That was a winner Jesse - looking forward to further enlightenment. I've tried for the last 4 years to get to view the operation at our (yours and mine) local maltster without luck. Must have a highly snecret process (which I doubt very much).......

I've found a food dehydrator does a great job of drying using low temperatures.

Great video. Very interesting. I remember some of that from back in High School ag class when we studied germination and tested seed grains for percent of germination
