I just found your site as I'm going back to dimash's earlier performances. I hope you did watch all of the 'Singer' show. See Opera 2 again until after the performance, when he sees his Dad just off-stage. He was so glad to see him, just watch his reaction. He asks if he did well? Pls remember he was only 22, alone in a foreign country, did not know anyone or speak the language and yet his performance of S O S and Opera 2 were incredible. My favourite is Adagio. I like your reactions, they are honest as you are amazed by this extremely talented young man. Just an update, he was 28 in May, 2022. I was at his concert in April, 2022 in Prague. Yes, he has improved as he matured and his stage presence is fantastic and he talks to his Dears, and asks them to sing with him (as if anyone could match that voice) but he likes that they try. Sorry I missed your reactions when you did them originally, I now only watch reactions from people who show they "get" him and I know that you did.

Yes that was his dad off to the side of the stage. Both his parents are singers/musicians. His sister can sing as well. They are all very talented musically in their own way. No not his dad. I am going to say this as a person that has loved music all my 53 years with a huge rangeof genre in my taste. Dimash Kudaibergen is without a doubt the most talented best singer In my era and even before maybe ever? He is a gift and I am so thankful to of found him. I can't say enough, stage presence 7 octaves that he can transition through seamlessly like it's nothing and to top it off he is a humble big hearted charitable human being and I know exactly what I am talking about. This guy will prove to be a legend, he is well on his way already. Thanks for your reaction, it mimics my thoughts too.

Hearing Adagio by Dimash for the first time is an experience, indeed. The intensity is on another level. Chills. He sang like it was his last chance to ever sing again, this performance was insane. By the way, he plays several instruments, and he plays the piano very well. I think you should watch "Daididau" this is a traditional kazakh song, that Dimash loves and has sang many times, it's an important song for him as he wants to promote kazakh culture and language. I believe you need to see him play dombra, a traditional kazakh instrument and sing a traditional kazakh song "Daididau". It's a must!

The guy you surmised might be his dad was his interpreter for this 2017 trip to China. His name is Aray Aydarhan and he's a professional singer from Qazakstan, and appears in the 4.5 hour long Gakku Festival, which is also where Dimash hits the famous D8 whistle tone just a bit before the end of the festival, probably in the last half hour. Aydarhan appears early on in the first hour of the complete video, if I remember correctly. Yes, I saw and saved the whole thing to my hard drive.

Hello from England I have listened to Dimash since I first saw him on the singer competition in China,and I have watched everything since I was also lucky enough to go to the London concert in 2018 ,that was amazing to hear him live is incredible I was standing watching this wonderful young man and I knew I was seeing something out of this world. With another Friday upon us it's time for all serious Dimash fans to calculate what time zone they are in prior to tuning in MTV's youtube channel Friday livestream in order to vote for Dimash's "new" (to MTV) video, "Across Endless Dimensions." There is a short youtube video with instructions on doing so called "Anyone Wanna See Dimash on MTV Livestream?". When I try to post links to that I get blocked from copy and paste by youtube so I mostly just mention the Friday live voting when I am doing mass reminders. Both methods are vital to getting Dimash to where we want him to be!

Autumn strong from I am a singer 2017. First time he sang in Chibese in front of a Chinese audience. If you react to Daybreak from the Bastau concert, make sure you know the background of the song. Any song will be a good choice, because they have gone through his heart before he performs them.

"That guy" you asked about is one of the presenters -- the "music partner" -- sort of like a sponsor who introduces, guides, works with, etc., a particular singer. His name is Aray Aydarhan and he is also a singer. As someone else noted, he is an ethnic Kazakh but is Chinese by nationality (lots of Kaz-peeps live in China due to homeland issues many years ago).
