Ha ha your Layla is a character, God Bless Her, great to see her helping her Dad, the perils of school holidays.😂 Think you struggled more with the JCB than your baler. When you get the correct belt write the part number on the timing cover with a marker pen. You bet your bottom dollar it will need replacing again in the future. Nice to see the voodoo doll watching over you. Consider buying one of them induction heaters for warming up rusty nuts and bolts. Best thing I ever bought for the workshop. Plug in and away you go. Get your money back in no time in the saving of buying gas. No naked flames and melting air pipes or wiring. Thanks for another great video.

Tell you what is strange Chris how you end up having to do the job when nothing come apart because its siezed solid. You coat everything in antisieze then next it comes apart someone else does the job and it falls apart, but they cant make the connection between the antisieze and it coming apart easily. I wouldnt mind but i work on a bus fleet, so copper slip is free yet they still build the thing drier than the sahara desert. Pretty sure there afraid to get dirty half of them

Aye up Chris and family. I just returned from two weeks in Britain in 60F temps to 90F summer temps in central Florida. It rained every day👎. I was hoping to stay another week and visit friends in Ilkeston, Derby not to far from you and visit Convoy in the Park at Donnington. Unfortunately previous plans here made it impossible. Caught up with the baler episode, it needs a little work but should pay dividends next year. I have a French Bulldog mix pup and find myself calling her MY GIRL😀. THAT fuel impact is a beast, especialy inch and 3/4 drive sockets for those u bolts , ..cordless impact 1/2 drive... may struggle.... and crack the sockets .

Rite Chris great video makita does a big impact mate iv bout one myself it's heavy lollook it up ebay it makita DTW 1002 it comes in 1/2inch and 3/4 inch I got 1/2 inch to work on me car I went to take out a bolt and I thought it was 17 mill so put long 17mm impact socket on it had it on highest setting the whole car was shaking lol then it started to round the socket off I looked at the socket and it opened up the end of the socked so now it's 19mm at top and 17mm an inch lower like flared the impact out wards put an 18 mm socket on came straight it lol read up the information on it impressive Chris ill try get the item number for you great video 👍👍

Agree 100%, the online JCB parts diagrams are terrible. We had a 3/4” Milwaukee Impact and it was an absolute beast of a thing. So I’m guessing a 1” will be better. But my DeWalt XR20 1/2” would spin off wheel nuts on tractors and combines that were torqued to 515 lb/ft. Can you get one on a demo to try out?

DeWalt 1/2" any day it beats most of the other brands!! Untill I'm shown otherwise I swear by DeWalt it never fails, must admit I do think DeWalt should get with the times and maybe make a 3/4" or yet again a 1" even better again and see how it goes from there!! I got the same gun and it's never failed me yet and I've never known it to fail on anyone tbh good choice of weapon lol

Agree with you about dewalt impacts. My 1/2” has been abused. I work field service on remote sites in the Canadian north. My dewalt been going strong 5 years in extreme weather. All the others last about a year.
