I will recognize the possible consequences of drug medication error and the importance of patient safety and to take measures to reduce the effect of harm to the patient. I will check the patient stability (condition) such as observation and assessment. After wards I'm gonna inform my charge nurse and the medical team about the event and seek advice as well. I will disclose the occurrence to the patient and apologize and reflect on duty of condour I will documents the sequences of the event, and what are the actions plan, also who was the concern person who escalate it. Lastly I'm gonna write an inceident report. I will reflect on the sequences of event, I'm gonna think what influenced or factor that may lead to that event. Need to recognize learning opportunity. And revisit your drug medication procedure I will kept and uphold the standard and values set out by the code.
