Hi Violet I am so thankful that I followed your vedios... especially implementation, assessment and all clinical skills. Today my results came I cleared my OSCE exam in my first attempt. As you are telling OSCE is so simple but the thing is all steps and everything related should be in the tip of the tongue & hands and be confident enough. We all can pass OSCE in one sitting. I would recognize that sharing information and posting pictures of patients without their consent is inappropriate 2 : It is my professional duty to uphold patients dignity and report any concerns that may results in compromising the safety of people or public 3: I would make my colleague understand that it is not the professional behavior in work place I wouldn't share and react or comment to that picture 5: I would escalate the incident to line manager and raise the incident report with date time and event 6 I will keep and uphold the standard and values set out to prioritise people, preserve safety, practice effectively and promote professionalism and trust
