My greeting is "You have reached (first & last name) at (number) I am sorry I'm not available at this time. I'll get back to you as soon as possible, thank you for calling. Verizon's robot then takes over starting from "at the tone."

Hi teacher. Is there any difference between client and costumer?
@goldythefish36
@goldythefish36 3 жыл бұрын
Simply put, a client is the one who wants professional support/service from the company. Whereas, a customer refers to a person who purchases products or services from the company. Relationship: When a customer completes a one-time purchase, there is no formal relationship or agreement with the seller.
