The first time I took naplex I thought it was very easy and I ended up failing. The second time I took it, it was extremely hard. I guessed on like 75% of the exam. Towards the end, I was clicking random answers. I left the testing center crying. I ended up passing the second time around. It makes absolutely no sense but I am grateful I passed! I keep checking the NABP website to make sure my pass did not change into a fail haha I will never forget this experience. So for anyone out there who failed, BELEIVE IN YOURSELF! YOU CAN DO IT :)

Thank you for this video. When I failed my NAPLEX on my first attempt, I felt extremely depressed and I even felt like killing myself. Thankfully I had my pharmacy school classmates and my family remind me that it’s not the end of the world and that I have 4 more chances to retake the NAPLEX and MPJE. So overall, everything you said in this video is true and I’m not giving up. God willing I hope to pass both the NAPLEX and MPJE ASAP

Well, I’m definitely going to practice more calculations and be more accountable to not only myself but to my fellow classmates who graduated with me since they’re helping me better prepare for the NAPLEX. I’ll also need to read all the questions and choices a lot more carefully because during my first time on both the NAPLEX and MPJE, I rushed too fast while taking them and I felt scared that I was taking too long and didn’t know if I should slow down or go faster. Still, I’m going to keep at it until I see the word PASS on both the NAPLEX and MPJE

Thank you for this video. As a great student, failing Naplex at first attempt really hit me hard. I saw students in my class who never went to class or knew cheated their way (allegedly), pass and i felt like an idiot for not passing. I wish I would have watched this video sooner. After I realized the Naplex didn’t define my intelligence, I was able to study again. Here goes round 2.

I failed once and scheduled to retake in December, but I ended up rescheduling it to February next year after taking the comprehensive test 150 questions on rxprep and scored below 60, I feel upset with myself, after all 4 months that I spent time to study and still did not get any better. Eventhough I have changed my way of studying and I feel so much better with the new method and that I actually retain something from the chapters that I read unlike the time I studied for my 1first attempts( i felt so much depressed during study and after the exam). But it’s just how I feel i guess, the result of getting below 60 shows that I actually did not improve with the new method. Now I dont know if I will ever be ready for the exam in February. If I dont pass before May, I will have to redo all the intern hours that I earned during school and my MPJE score will be expired as well if I lose those intern hours. Im in so much stress :(

Hi NT, remember the exam does not define you. I highly recommend watching the NAPLEX video on how to study especially implementing the teach back method as you learn each topic + focusing on calculations if that was an area of struggle.

Hello, I recently passed Naplex and Texas Mpje. I am at the stage to register as an extended intern with the state board. How do I go about getting a preceptor? I did see a space for preceptor in the application form.
