@@Joo.E23 hahahaha i was looking at the message i replied upon hahaha anyways, the message of the president in general context does not really entails declaring a war, but whatever injury it cause may be, the Philippines will act accordingly. That means, in bound with the legal principle. Philippines don’t want war, other countries don’t want war, but we need to prepare for one, in any circumstances whether Philippines is involved or not. Anyways, what the professor is saying is on point, its to long if I discuss my opinion here hahahaha

Akala ng ibang tao kasi: Philippines: "I will invoke the Mutual Defense Treaty." US: "Tara! Sino kaaway natin?! Upakan natin" It's good that we have that treaty with the US but it will not be as easy as we think. But I'm hoping the treaty is indeed iron-clad.

There is no such thing as iron clad. It will be up to USA congress. USA will do what is best for USA. Sinabi na duterte noon. Kung lalaban ang amerika e d tara pero so far wala puro salita lang kaya diplomacy talaga ang only way natin. Wala tayong kakayahan lumaban sa china. Japan nga na mayaman at close ally ng USA ay di mapangahas tapos Pinas na mahirap at di importante sa US ay tapang tapangan. Kapag nagcrocross ang china sa border ng taiwan nagpapadala ng bombers ang amerika para ipakita na lalaban sila. Kelan ginawa ng USA un para satin? Wala. Contrary to what Philippine media is saying. The Chinese are not interested in invading or conquering the main islands of the Philippines. China's main objective is to take over Taiwan and the control of navigation in the South China Sea. Invading the main lands of the Philippines would be a waste of time and resources.
