Hi Professor, I was here a few days ago Live in the study group. I have watched all of your study groups, read course notes, and given practice exams. At the time was just finishing up my prep. for 1102. Today, I am very happy to say I have passed my 1102 with a score of 754 and I am now Certified A+ completely. I have you to thank for all the detailed videos, and excellent materials whether it's pop quizzes or practice exams. Anything on your youtube or website is valuable to me. I am switching from a job I don't like in mechanical eng. to IT. It's been a long journey. But hoping to land my first helpdesk position soon. Thanks, a lot for your guidance. I passed both my exams on the first try. Appreciate your help in making this journey easier by streamlining everything. Anyone reading this comment if I can do it so can you. keep at it daily. you will reach your destination.

Passed 1102 this morning at work! I'm now certified! I was gonna wait for this video before I tested but I said f it lol. And passed this one much easier than 1101. Took me two weeks!
