It's the little easter eggs that make this so good imo. He uses the Half-Blood Prince method to get the juice from the beans (crushing, not cutting) and points out that it's "perfected by him". And not only that, you can also tell this lesson happened in Harry's 4th school year because of Moody aka Barty Jr. being the DADA teacher. So our point of view is a random 6th year student in a NEWT level potions class. These little details plus the great impersonation makes it all feel so authentic to me. Great great video :)
