This was my favorite part of this series... It shows how truly powerful and potentially dangerous Xavier really is. But it also shows how powerful Xavier is in character since he never let this aspect of himself hurt others like this. X-Men is Stan Lee's greatest creation.

I honestly wished they hadn't just brought Xavier's dark version for only a few minutes and then focus on a main plot again, I think they should have made an entire episode about the dark Xavier coming out and attacking the X-Men and then have him destroyed in the end. He should have been the main villain in a single episode, but this always just felt like wasted potential to me, it just comes out of nowhere, just uses him for a few minutes before he's gone again and actually didn't serve much to the plot except for Xavier going to the island.
