nah, I've scripted for a year, got reported many times, still not banned. you need to make a ticket with fk ton of proof. also he's got weird script, it was missing a lot and bad configs... you don't want to evade every skillshot because that will make you move forever and never attack

its most likely a private server like its own domain not connected to riot its self (a dif version of the game downloaded and connected on a certain domain or it was allowed by riot for the purpose of entertainment for this video

That was classic lower elo problems with that finish, stay on the baron was obviously the wrong call, they all should have backed to defend. However, if all 5 stayed to finish baron, they likely would have killed it then with baron recalls got back and defended anyway. But you can never trust a pug team to all follow the same call, so the best play is always to prevent losing rather than obtaining an advantage.
