It would be sick if you made this a server, maybe get some people to set up npcs, traffic and random cars around the entire map, put some missions currency and the server would be perfect, maybe even get some builders from the Build the Earth project to build a 1 to 1 scale replica

Had a similar idea a week ago. My modpack got aproved yesterday on CurseForge. MOD pack is called "GTA Survival" in CurseForge Only differance is you can enter in any building with the map I chose and I have NPC that will shoot at you. Cool video!

I’m sure it would be a lot of work, but I’d really be interested in watching a “civilization” style video using what you put together. if you could automise npc spawning and make it random so that they would spawn in buildings that you cant get into and then walk out of there somehow and the npc would be completely randomised and would all be neutral and some would know combat and there would be gangs in some places working traffic system and a wanted system then this would be perfect
