You will "voltare pagina" (turn the page) rather than "svoltare a destra" (turn right). "Svoltare" is actually used only when giving directions or when talking about cars and means of transportation. "That bus will turn right" --> "Quell'autobus SVOLTerà a destra".

Not only. You use it with pn, ps, gn too. "lo pneumatico" (the tire), "lo psicologo" (the psychiatrist), "lo gnomo" (the gnome).
