On the Matter of Biology: Chromosome Anomalies and Genetic Diseases by PhD Professor Fink: 1) Mitosis and Meiosis; a) Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS); b) Amniocentesis; c) Karyotyping (Metaphase Cell Nuclear Analysis Via Staining And Microscopy), Diagnostic Methodology of Trisomy 21 (Down's Syndrome);d) Autosome (Largest to Smallest 22 Pairs); e) Sex Chromosome ideation of Gender Genetically and Phenotypically (Turners Syndrome Sex Chromosome Monosomy) and XX Genotype Genetic/Phenotypic Female and the Genetic-Phenotypic Male of XY Chromosome (Male is the Sex Determining Gender); 2) Euploidy versus Polyploidy or Dysploidy (Uniparental Disomy, Trisomy and Monosomy); 3) Genetic Diseases as Correlated from the Human Genome Project of Identifying all Genes with Human Nucleus (Genomics and a total of 44, 000) where Each Chromosome has about 2,000 Genes some without Protein Synthesis Function but nevertheless Identifiable as Proteinogenic and Proteomically Active (Glucagon and Insulin Protein Hormones of the Pancreas indispensable in Metabolism of Glucose Monosaccharide and Regulation Therein); 1) Sickle Cell Anemia; 2) BRCA-1 Breast/Ovarian Cancer Predisposition (Chromosome 13); 3) p53 Variation or Colon Cancer Predisposition due to Tumor Suppressor Gene of Transcription Factor (Caretaker Ideation) and Carcinogenesis Pathology Therein; 4) Albinism from Chromosome 11 Melanin Gene where Protein Biosynthesis of Melanocytes and Melanin Protein is either Deficient or Completely Absent; 5) Klinefelter Syndronme; PhD Fink, es geht sehr gut zu lehrnen und wiedersagen was gut Leben und Lebensraum sollten haetten gewessen. I am still confused Sir. I know sex chromosomes are found only in sperms and eggs produced in the testes and ovaries respectively. Please Sir, I would like to know how come you say that in every nucleus of every cell male, there are both X and Y sex chromosomes. Does that mean that there are male and female cells?
@professorfink6 жыл бұрын
In the nucleus of EVERY CELL IN THE BODY are sex chromosomes. Somatic (Body) Cells have either XX or XY. Sperm sex cells have either an X or a Y sex chromosome. All Ova cells have an X.

Respected sir , as you said mitosis occurs during somatic division, and miosis occurs during synthesis of sperms and ovum , but what process involved in formation of sexual organs during embryogenesis , it should be mitosis right ?
@professorfink10 жыл бұрын
Yes; growth occurs through an increase in body (somatic) cells by Mitosis. This includes growth of reproductive organs.
