No joke...when I was a kid there was a tennis court nearby and when it rained it would often become hyper slippery due to algae. Sliding on that was dangerous yet very, very fun. One could slide a good 10 meters easily. Nowadays whoever owned that property would get sued eventually lol.

Also...technically a pressure cleaning is required most likely. That is why I make the joke that playing basketball in miami beach or venice beach is sort of like playing tennis on clay... The court is slip n slide mode like woah.
