How are implict trust zones considered zero trust? Wouldn 't an explict trust zone align better with zero trust?

Based upon the diagram at 6:11 regarding Security zones and then at 9:25, it looks to be on data plane.

Is it fair to say the Policy Engine along with the policy admin make the PDP or are they all separate things?

PEP enforces the rules. Policy Engine decides if the rules are met. Policy Administrator manages the rules.

@@musharafhussain2316 pep is the club bouncer he checks and kickout who look like a loser or underage. Policy admin is the manager of the club he creates rules. The policy engine is the supervisor of the club bouncer he checks if the club bouncer are following the protocols.
