Hey Jhanvi, Yes, you can change your stream. And you stand chances of getting selected for HR as well. Just try gathering more knowledge of the field, you can pursue courses from Engage7x (to understand Leadership and how HR Analytics work), you can pursue an internship in the field. It's just your experience in the field will help you justify your inclination during your selection process. Be confident and be honest about why you don't want to continue in your prevalent field. Hey Harsh, Try focussing on extra or co-curricular activities. Though, they cannot replace your poor acads, they can definitely compensate for it to a certain extent.

Better you go for MHCET MBA,, there no one will look your academic performance,, just score high in exam No GD No PI and you are directly in.
