fredettaboutit In regards to the Supreme Court thing, the thing most are upset about are not because Trump picked somebody for the Supreme Court at all, it's because he replaced Scalia when it was Obama's place to do so, legally speaking. Congressmen like Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell just threw a hissy fit and acted like children toward Obama, using every legal loophole and BS excuse they could to keep Obama's pick out of the Supreme Court. They'd be fine if Obama got to keep his pick and then Trump could have filled the slot with whomever died/resigned next, but now he basically just replaced Scalia with Scalia 2.0. IMO, It's not quite as egregious as it could be, but it's frustrating all the same.

Addressing murder/abortion debate below... Let's do a review of what the Bible actually indicates about how we should be behaving/believing. The actual bible says that if a pregnant woman is assaulted and the fetus is killed...then, the criminal should be fined, but if the woman is murdered...then the criminal should be put to death. What does that tell you about a fetus's value versus a person's? But it's my experience that conservatives do not care about what the actual bible says about standards of conduct and rules. What does the Bible say about adultery? Divorce? The love of money? Blatant lying? How we treat the poor? If this mattered to conservatives, Trump would not have gotten their vote. But yet, the Bible does not address poor judgement about email servers (which was not deemed illegal by our government). Ugh, "religious conservatives"...Do you care about God or his opinion or our legal process? Help me understand!
