Opening Pokemon cards and only focusing on the profit or loss and showing numbers is the exact problem with playing and collecting trading cards today. 20 years ago I signed up to this hobby for fun, I didn't sign up for gambling and playing the lottery. The prices are insane and I can hardly afford to keep my hobby going because of the type of people who pervert hobbies like this and turn them into "money making hacks". This is the problem with the world today, people don't enjoy things anymore. Shame

You can't blame them; its a societal issue. as we hit one of peak economic status after great depression, we as in society increased our disposable income. We make enough for living, but we started to require TV, phone, computer, food, etc... This started more disposable income based businesses, which includes pokemon cards. 0 value in collecting, but people spend money for it. Now that it became profitable, ofc everyone wants to make money off of it

That ain't no demi God pack but a charizard jackpot right there. I've seen plenty of demi god packs but this is a first. Double banger right there. Something I have not experienced myself. Opened a whole display of mini tins: got 2 ex and 2 el cheapo full arts. Same with the UPC version. So my profit and loss is a solid loss throughout.
