Yes, the indication of extrusion of anterior teeth is based on several characteristics such as type of smile, relationship between the upper lip and the tips of the upper incisors, cephalometric analysis, among others. In this case, as shown in the video, the extrusion of the anterior teeth was indicated.

The treatment time depends on several variables, but on year and a half is usually enough to close an AOB like this one.
