Hi Qais. Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, the ProFlex 2 x 96 well block configuration doesn’t allow for 2 different programs to run simultaneously.Only our ProFlex 3 x 32 configuration does. how to set gradient in this system?

Thank you for your question Keshav. Our ProFlex does not have the capability of performing gradients across a 96 well block. We do have what we call veriflex zones and on a 96 well block, there are 6 veriflex zones. Each zone is two columns. I have included our user guide on how to set these veriflex zones and the instructions begin on page 45 on how to set up a method. The veriflex zones are specifically mentioned on page 45. assets.thermofisher.com/TFS-Assets/LSG/manuals/MAN0007697.pdf Between zones, the differences in set temperatures can be 5C so for example, you can set 55C in columns 1-2, 60C in columns 3-4, 65C in columns 5-6, etc. For additional technical support, please contact us at thermofisher.com/askaquestion. @@thermofisher It means in whole column 1-2 temp will be 50 without any temp range or fluctuation and similarly in column 3-4 i.e. 60?
