This video is unbelievably helpful. It gives me hope to repair mine. I have an air remote (no screen) that can not be turned on. It flashes after I change the battery if I hold on the ON button. It also flash briefly if I hold ON + Group button to try to reset it. Are you happen to know what's the problem? Any suggestions helps. I liked this video and subscribed!

I'm not too sure. Could be a bad capacitor/resistor.

Hi Thanks for your video, my profoto remotes hot shoe is loose and not making a connection, also the silver part of the hot shoe is falling of it seems like there's a screw missing but I don't see a place for one!

Hey Cindy, I had the same problem. There's a few screws underneath when you pop the cover. You just need a small Alan key to tighten them. Just fixed mine and now works perfectly. Thanks Binh!
