hi Dr Shotter thanks for the great video. Q: i have jowls that run in my family, and altho i am a normal weight person i hold alot of fat around the mouth, cheeks and jowl area (im also half asian). I tried Ultheraphy but didnt see any major changes. I am 42 and wanting to reduce the fat pockets around the mouth and jowl area, and also tightening around the jawline. Can profound help with this and give a slimming effect, or would u suggest another treatment. And would u recommend Profound over Secret or Morpheous? Not interested in Buccal Fat removal. Thanks!
