In my experience Koreans are much more likely to say they do free-time activities to "relieve stress" rather than just to enjoy the activity itself. Koreans use the word "ㅅㅡㅌㅡㄹㅔㅅㅡ" (sorry, my computer is refusing to join up syllables) far, far more oftern than westerners use "stress".
