Idea: make a character with the most criminal name ever and do the most suspicious things in front of cops, but it turns out your actually completely innocent. At the end just to make it fun for you, lose your temper and start doing some actual criminal things. So when the cops think your just joking, your not. And try not to commit any actual crimes at the beginning.

Suggestion: Pretend to be a genie, and grant players 1 wish. Once that player has decided on their wish, fulfill it for 5 minutes, before it starts to go wrong. Occasionally, whatever they wished for will backfire in some way. For example, if they wish to summon anything at their hands and they summon an anvil, it will fall on their head.

You should do a military controlled state versus civilian rebels with a few different missions that have to be conquered such as fuel depot, weapons depot, armored vehicle depot and then the generals compound. Each one placed at different parts of the map.
