Great work, one of the best I’ve seen I do some like those, will steal the others. One comment, in the early activity he should close his elbows a bit as that contributes to drop balls when wide apart. This young man however, has his palm and fingers properly around the ball but great work… keep posting…

Before the warmup did the keeper do some mobility stretching and after the session was there a cooldown? Either way, really impressive video with some amazing coaching. I am currently an international student in the states learning to be a coach and using your video for analyzing purposes in an assignment. This assignment is to break down two training sessions, one good and one bad. Yours is definitely the good one! Either way watching the video as a keeper myself I found these drills really interesting and well-constructed. Definitely came out of this video learning a thing or two! Your keeper was amazing!

@14:50 top (right) hand needs to come across to support the bottom hand and will also provide a extra inch or two. The mistake keeps happening because that technique is incorrect. This drill also is a great example of why you attack the ball at an angle and do not dive laterally like the jump drill instruction given a few mins before this drill. Great stuff coach
