I noticed that whenever your keeper has the ball in his hands and goes down, he finishes with one hand out and one clutching the ball against his stomach. I have always been told to finish the dive/fall with your arms outstretched in front of you, as it gives stability in your arms. What’s your opinion?

I push out with my hands fully extended cause it makes me stay forward more plus it's just a natural occurnace cause I push through my dive aswell

Hi Omar. I agree with you re stance being shoulder width apart so your feet can move quicker, but I notice Ederson (Man City) and De Gea (Man Utd) both have a wide stance. What’s your thoughts on why they do this ?
