Sir For delay in loop you have taken 10 hexadecimal directly to multiply ..but firstly is should be converted to decimal. It means you have to multiply with 16 .. So the ans will be 57405 t-states

Because in false condition, in instruction cycle, the fetch cycle will contain only one machine read along with opcode fetch, because when the condition is false the fetching of data of memorry stops halfways and that is why the machine cycle for the false condition is 7T states i.e. OF(4T)+1MR(3T)

Thanks for watching, when JNZ instruction find a true condition it takes 10 T states and for false condition it takes 7T states. So when loop will run last time it will take 7T states for JNZ, so to compensate that as i have always taken 10T states i subtracted 3T states in last.
