Thank you so much for your review! I am looking for an interior design product management program software to use in France and so many of them are optimised for the US. I found your comments helpful and insightful and as a designer who works in HK, you know how important it is to keep track of expenditures and vendors in different currencies and countries. Thanks for your great review! I am in Costa Rica and need an FF&E management program that includes all interior finishes. Will this program automatically find the suppliers in my area or do I have to input them manually? I usually get their invoices in dollars.

Hi Ginger- as far as I can see, Programa only covers some suppliers in Australia. You will have to enter the details manually. In addition, I don’t think that Programa can manage multiple currencies which may cause you problems if you want it to generate invoices.

Hello, Can you set a region for sourcing. I work between US/UK and that would be helpful. I understand I would have to change currency type etc. Thanks

Hi - no I have tried and you can't. All your invoices have to be in one currency so if you are sourcing from the US/UK you would have to convert. The problem here is the changing rates over time, particularly when the lead times are so long. The only way to mitigate this is to charge the client upfront, which may not be a problem if you work that way anyway. Programa was fine when I was working in Australia, but now I am in HK and working in lots of currencies it just can't cope.
