Initially, how we define the f function if we only have one initial x0 and y0? And why we need to have 2 parameters x0 and y0 while in the derivative function we only need x0?

I've watched classes 1 and 2 and their practices. The videos are great! I am actually interested in the topic of Class 14 (Neural ODEs). Do I need to watch any other videos before that, or can I directly jump to Neural ODEs now?
