Hi Tech Hunt! I strongly suggest posting your problem on the PTC Community board, which lets you attach your worksheet. The members there would be happy to look at it and solve your problem with you. community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Mathcad/bd-p/PTCMathcad Cheers!

@@PTC_Mathcad Their support page is miserable and asking there requires too much things.

@@techhunt4922 If you mean the PTC Technical Support site, that's one thing, but the Community is fairly simple to use (log in with your ptc.com account and post), and again, you can attach your worksheet there when making a thread, which makes getting help with your specific problem possible.

if else statement does not work with symbolic math for example it cannot solve for variables if the function is conditional.

If Mathcad= No online training return "How are we to learn" else return " We use Excel".
@PTC_Mathcad4 ай бұрын
Since "Mathcad has no online training" is false, the return statement shouldn't be "We use Excel" but it should be "Go partake in the online training." Mathcad unfortunately lacks the kind of paid classes that we offer for other PTC products like Creo or Windchill (and, speaking personally as a Mathcad user and Mathcad's marketer, it would be fantastic if there was a "PTC Learn" offering for Mathcad and it's an on-going discussion and source of frustration with the PTC University team), but Mathcad DOES have the online Help Centre, these KZbin videos (and other people's videos), helpful blog articles, an active user community, and we happen to be hosting a ~two-hour training event on Advanced Controls in two weeks. www.mathcad.com/en/resources/webcast/advanced-controls-crash-course
