ভাইয়া কথা গুলো যে কি ভালো লাগছে। আমার মনে হয় এই কথা গুলো বাংলাদেশের প্রত্যেক টা University এর VC স্যার দের শোনা দরকার মেডিকেল কলেজ গুলোতে একজন ডাক্তার কিন্তু ডাক্তার বানায় কোনো theoretical person কে মেডিকেলে ক্লাস নিতে দেয়া হয় না তবে একজন industry expert Engineer কেনো engineer বানাবে না। এই জিনিস টা সবার বুঝা উচিত

শুনতে চাইবে আর শুনে Implement করবে দুইটা ভিন্ন ব্যাপার। প্রোগ্রামিং এবং কম্পিউটার সায়েন্সের থিওরিটিক্যাল পড়ালেখার জন্য Coursera, Edx যথেস্ট এই যুগে। এছাড়াও আরও অনেক পোর্টাল আছে। এমনকি Google, Microsoft, Amazon এর ওয়েবসাইটে অনেক রিসোর্স ফ্রিতে পাওয়া যায়। CSE রিলেটেড থিওরি নিয়ে পড়ালেখার জন্য ইউনিভার্সিটি Mandatory না এই যুগে।

আমি Software engineer হতে চাই। CST তে admission নিয়েছি.. career guide line চাইলাম Senior ভাইদের কাছে বলতে ই পারে না সবাই web developer html,css etc বল্লো। private varsity তে পড়ে নাকি সম্ভব নয়। আমি দ্বিধায় আছি এখন আমার সপ্ন কি ভুল। আমি programming hero আপনাদের কাছে guide line চাই। কিভাবে contact করতে পারি দয়া করে জানাবেন।

ভাই, আমি non cse background. Programming এর উপর আমার ভীষণ আকর্ষন। আমি নিজে নিজে explore করে Java android শিখেছি এখন flutter শিখছি। data structure and algorithm ও problems solving করতেছি আসতে আসতে। এখন সবকিছু খুব ভালো লাগে কিন্তু depression হচ্ছে আমি কি job পাবো যেহেতু non cse

You are exactly right and hope to see you guys rise more. I am from a reputed private uni of Bangladesh and the fact you said that teachers only focus on students who are interested in research and ignore the others is damn true. Even they don't teach us research properly but expect to make quality papers. Teachers are completely using the students here and most of them are from 1st or 2nd year students, that's why the students don't realize they are being used. When the time passes they see their graduation is coming closer and they haven't actually learnt something deep which leads them to frustration.

I don't think CSE department would be replaced anytime by 2030 but rather it would stay along with other new departments focused on sub fields of Computer Science. The field is ever growing where it is becoming extremely difficult to adapt. Let's not bring AI into this. We should focus more on System level infrastructure.
