So, I made an app which has Voice call and Video call feature using Voximplant, and if I give this app to anyone, first they will have to create an account on voximplant, scenario, app etc etc, then only he/she will be able to receive my call?

Hello! You can create a video conference between multiple users with the Voximplant platform. The following tutorial provides a scenario example for this case: voximplant.com/docs/howtos/conference/video You need to replace Client.call API to Client.callConference API on the application side and handle remote video streams to display them on the application screen. voximplant.com/docs/references/reactnative/voximplant/client#callconference
