Hi Gio, do I understand correctly that instead of enum->value you could provide an enum and the ternary will accept as well cause it is an instance of $backedEnumClass?

Got struck with one error, while trying out enums - "Target App\Enums\FileType is not instantiable, any pointers on how to resolve this?

The error is resolved, just posting if anybody is making some silly mistake like me, I was trying to use FileType $fType - laravel was trying to instantiate it as a class - but when I didnt change the name of the route parameter and used it as FIleType $fileType - then laravel was able to refer to the Enum - so as Gio suggested it is best not to change the names of route parameters, Thanks a lot Gio for this wonderful contents - each videos are very detailed and has tremendous information, I would strongly recommend Jio for his PHP and Laravel series, Excited to follow along this series with Gio
