Maddie Poppe is like a breath of fresh air emerging from the ruins of the current music industry. This is real music, not noise! She is a genuine artist and I hope her career is not ruined by non-genuine marketing guys from the music industry.

I do not think they will be able to change her. Like Katy said at American Idol she is going to sing and be Maddie Poppie wether she is top 5 or number 1. When country singer came on the scene I said we finally have a real female country music singer and then for years they turned her into a pop singer. I do not think Maddie will ever change. She will never have as many hits as Katy but when someone hears her sing her goes to her concert they feel a connection with her that they will never feel with any other singer.

I went to High School in the early 60s, and served combat in Viet Nam 68 -69. So I'm in my seventh decade. I remember listening to my transistor radio, to hear our 60s music from the states. Just like in the movie "Good Morning Viet Nam". It really was that way. There's something about Maddie that reminds me of those times when we really had an incredible selection of music and artists. I have listened to her over and over, and she really does have something very unique. I hope she does well, and that those of you who are not in your seventh decade appreciate her very real talent.

This was very well done (ie., this compilation)!! I was hoping for her to win. She has been bringing back songs and a style of singing, that has been gone, for new generations to hear and appreciate. I wanted that to continue. They are letting her be herself, and do what she wants, so I think that we are going to hear a lot more songs to love and appreciate, brought to us by her unique and beautiful voice.

As an older American, she sings the songs I love from my young adulthood. You can actually understand what she is singing vs the singers these days. Plus she hits the right notes on the songs consistantly.

So awesome. Her voice reminds me of Patsy Cline. I love her.

I had a conversation with Maddie on messenger...she messaged me to thank me for my support...I was blown away...she was very humble and appreciative...I’ll always be a big fan...
