Hello Sir, Please help me, From past 5 months I am suffering from extreme anxiety and gradually it is transforming into a disorder(OCD) This anxiety forces me to repeat the video lectures continuously (a 1 hour video eats my whole day to be completed absorbed and watched by me). Most smartphone and laptop displays are 1080p, 1440p/2k is also not possible unless it's a flagship level phones(not even IPhones have them). Oh shit I wasted some time(btw 2022 aspirant here)
