I've read somewhere that listening to Psytrance music can have a very beneficial effect on a person's mental health, I got diagnosed with Minor Depression in 2010, and was put on a course of 30 Sertraline GA SSRI tablets, I finished the course of tablets and haven't been on medication ever since, listening to PsyTrance music has played a huge part in me being able to cope in my day to day living, I've also read somewhere that PsyTrance music has an effect on the pineal gland, and apparently, the pineal gland is said to naturally produce DMT, or Dimethyltryptamine when we are in a dream state while sleeping.
