The web doesn't need saving. It's doing fine. But users need to be saved from misnomers and fake "apps" that are actually websites.

Terrific? More like terrifying. People think they're saving the web by destroying the app ecosystem and go back to exclusively using websites. That is an extremely bad idea.

If this is such a problem, then improve APP BUILDING. Overcomplicating websites is not the solution -- it doesn't make apps. A website is a website is a website is a website is a website.
