Well it depends, on what you play on, if you play on controller you can’t really piece control unless you have claw or paddles, if you play on key board in mouse your are capable of doing so.

You play battle royal or ranked, and you don't have to take every fight, but the fights you do take, include retakes and mechs you practice in creative, even if you know you would die, you would get much better overtime. And if you die all the time and get angry, just take a break, you can walk your pet (if you have one), eat, (you get the point) and then get back to playing.
