Everyone knows jett is about speed and being able to choose your engagements, but what many people don't know what Jett is really about - getting locked in first. Many jett mains realize they lack the skills to play other roles, and end up losing game after game after failing to obey one simple rule. Instalock. Yes, that's right, instalock. People always joke about instalock jetts trolling their games, but what they don't know is that is a power strategy used by many players at the highest level of valorant to win more games. By instalocking, you're helping guarentee you and your teammates several things. First, you know that you won't have a troll jett, because you locked in jett, and you're trolling - right? Second, by instalocking jett, you're giving your team the confidence they need to win engagements. By being first to the game, your team understand that you're fast and reliable, which makes you as a teammate easier to play around.

If you're playing Sage, favor healing your teammates over yourself. Sage heals herself for 30 health over 10 seconds, while her teammates receive 100 health over 5 seconds. If you heal yourself, you're still likely going to be a one-shot from most guns anyways, whereas your teammate would have been back up to full health in half the time. You'll see much more value out of the util if you're using it to aid your team instead of using it for yourself. If both you and your teammate are in the red, heal the teammate.
