Will this be the twins last year at p21 since they'll be seniors? Also, do you automatically move up to teen at p21 when you turn 13, or does it go by dance ability?

Yes, it will be the twins last year :( You are leveled by ability so if you are 13, you would likely be taking level 3 but could also be asked to take level 2 as well. Most teens and seniors will take level 2 when it doesn't conflict with ballet, just for extra practice anyways.
