Aktuell mache ich die Project 50 Challenge und bin inziwschen schon bei Tag 37 - bin super happy damit gestartet zu haben! Ihr habt mir auf Instagram viele Fragen gestellt und deshalb dachte ich ein Video wäre für euch hilfreich.
Würde mich riesige freuen, wenn es euch isnpiriert & motiviert auch neue Routinen in euren Alltag zu implementieren. Vergesst aber nicht, wie ich schon im Video meinte, dass es nie um Perfektion geht - habt eure Gewohnheiten und Routinen, aber lasst euch nicht demotivieren oder hört komplett auf, wenn mal nicht alles glatt läuft
