I am a GT teacher in Texas. I work for a district that offers GT services kinder through 5th grade. We use the TPSP as our curriculum. Every spring and summer we offer robotics camps but due to covid-19 this summer we were limited to only 3rd grade. Today is our last day of remote learning and they created a Lego robot and programmed it using the EV3 mindstorm software. I've been teaching GT for over 17 years and simply love it.

I have watched your amazing KZbin professional development, overview about your program and love so many things! I am finishing my GT endorsement and work with 5/6 graders which has a subgroup of GT identified. Your statement about the Engineering process was excellent. Do you have unit plans outlining these ideas: learn, plan, create, expand? The ozobots would be an excellent Genius Hour project to tie into Social Studies content. Your Super Size Me had many integrated standards. Could I review your rubric or checklist that helped assess the PBL? You mentioned the learning that begins each unit. Do you have a list of resources that you usually use?
