Excellent tip about TDC and the fact that a piston will "hover" at TDC for a few degrees of crankshaft rotation; the assembler has to compensate for that. Understanding that relationship is the difference between being a true technician and a dealership 'parts installer'. And Richard's explanation and the visual of how to do that is the best that I have ever seen or heard. He and Nik are what I would call 'critical thinkers'.
