Very nice car and track list. This is what last year's Grid game should have offered. And I am genuinely surprised to see so many negative comments about the game here. Obviously it won't be popular with sim racers but this channel has always been about arcade racing games, so I really thought that people here would be more positive about it. Where are all the Grid fans that I saw on the channel in the past? I think for those players this game should look pretty interesting.

You're right, but the Project CARS name ruins any chance of the game being seen as a normal aracde racer. It's a killed of simracing franchise, not an arcade franchise. If this would've been called NFS Shift 3, everything would be fine

Grouping of some of the cars is a little questionable like F1 GTR Longtail not being with the rest of the LM-GT cars despite the fact those are the very cars it raced against. Cool car list with something to cater to everyone's taste but will probably end up being 95% GTA and the rest of the content will hardly ever get used like PC2

I am glad they have to Toyota GT-One in this game, but in PC2 they had 2 versions... The 1998 GT1 model, and 1999 LMP900 model. In this game they only have the 1998 model which is sad, it would be cool to have the 1999 model as well. But I am glad that they have the R390 GT1 and the Panoz GTR-1

interestingly, all cars in the “race cars” class can’t be upgraded. But the road cars and GT cars can be upgraded, including the F1 GTR Longtail. Makes you question why they chose the Longtail specifically to be upgradeable and not say the F50GT.

Well, they only had the Mazda Red Bull Mad Mike in the previous Project CARS titles, so I think is licencing issues. But, there's plenty of Mazdas that were quite fitting, like the RX-7, the 787B and the Furai, it deserves to be in the game, ngl.

Cool car selection, but they gotta rework the car classes. A ford fusion stock car should be in it's own class, not racing with a bunch of GT cars. Same with the historic race cars too. What happened to Gt4, gt3, and Gt1 having their own classes? And the Huayra Bc along with the aventador SVJ with the Sesto Elemento AND the Jesko should be in the hypercar class. That'd be nice if they fix those. Other than that, solid car list-

To everyone saying there are salty sim racers complaining in every PC3 video: Keep in mind the Cars in Project Cars stands for "Community Assisted Racing Simulator". This game was literally built off a community of sim racers, and without them this wouldn't even be a franchise. So before you go calling us "salty" just remember the people that made this game a reality. Project Cars 3 is a big slap in the face to those people that made Project Cars possible. Fellow sim racers, continue being "salty" because you have every right to be. I know I am.

Why would i be salty about it? I love sim racing, but in truth Pcars was always largely ignored by the sim racing community, it was a bit of a joke in the eyes of many people. As it was just so far behind the other sim titles. Pcars has always had an identity crisis i think, that crisis got worse with PCars 2. It wanted to be a sim title, but at the same time it wanted to attract the Forza and GT crowd by adding way too much content. And too much content is the biggest reason why Project Cars wasn't liked by sim racers, you can't have 200 cars that range from slow road cars to LMP1. Then also adding rain and snow into the mix. You just won't get a satisfying driving experience by doing that. So i'd say Project Cars 3 is just an evolution into what the devs have always wanted it to be.

Like the GT Touring A Class... 2 of the 5 cars, the Porsche 961 and the Audi 90 Quattro IMSA GTO are all-wheel drive, and, those cars will be more dominant than the Lamborghini Diablo GT1, Nissan 300ZX IMSA GTO and the Mustang Cobra Trans-Am.

Does anyone ever mention the way the cars handle, the bump response through the whole car body and all of the forces acting against the car? I love the way cars drive in this game, the music and the sense of speed. Tire model looks weak though, UI is obviously horrible and the showroom could use more street selection variety. This is just my summation of the game. I feel far more compelled to purchase this over the way I felt of PC2 when it arrived. Please respond and share some thoughts.

My goodness that track list. So much variety in there. Algarve, Sonoma, Zolder, Imola, Indy and Daytona road courses...even classic Monza and Silverstone. GT Sport doesn't even have those. Not sure if Forza does either. I hope GT7 has at least some of those (already know Daytona will be in).

Classes are...odd in some cases. Some only contain one or two vehicles, as if the class was an afterthought. Others have cars that (IMHO) are in the wrong class. And some classes seem redundant (GT Open...doesn't open usually mean limited class restrictions?). The track list looks to be really good though.

Nice selection btw but surprised me the 787b isn't in Group C Also, you know that this is arcade when a BMW 2002 it's in the same class as the R34 and the A45 AMG lmao still, this looks like a good replacement for Forza till reboot is launched.

Do note that with upgrades, cars can move up the class. The 2002 BMW can't move high up while the R34 can each very high up the class after upgrades competing. In theory, some of these cars can actually enter Hypercar Class.

Pity it was already in PC2. They should have added much more amazing 80s/90s cars for the sequel. Lancia Beta, Nissan Bluebird, Toyota Celica GTO, Opel Calibra... its all copy+paste from PC2 :(
