I’m going to systematically go through the entire ignition and injection system. I’m looking forward to it. There are many small thing I see that need plugging back in or reconnecting or cleaning up - but I’m saving it all and resisting the temptation to get side tracked 🤣.

What concerns me most is how many other brilliant KZbin channels are there like this one that I know absolutely nothing about? I believe you said your last video was your longest? Please don't let long videos get in the way of frequency. Post stuff like taking out the garbage, meal prep for Sunday dinner, driving to the dentist, etc. I'll watch it all. I promise.

Just discovered this recently and it's the perfect not-a-project to watch while waiting for Soup Classic Motoring and Project Binky to update. The humour and narration reminds me of Nigel Billingsley our of Jumanji haha. I have always wanted one of these Discoverys but after watching your findings so far, scares me off. I love the choice of background music that keeps sounding like it's leading up to some major scare but suddenly stops, perfect comedy timing! Subscribed so I don't miss the upcoming year(s) of fun!

Love your videos, always a good day to see a new one drop! For your fuel problem, you don't need to crank the engine to get fuel pumping. When the key is turned to 2, the fuel pump runs for 2 seconds to pressurize the system. You should hear the fuel pump whirl away if you kneel back by it. Alternatively, you can pull the fuel pump relay and make a jumper wire to hot wire the pump till fuel is flowing. Can't wait for the next video!

Nice work! I feel your pain doing a million plug welds. I replaced the floor pans and trunk pan in my project. I use an end mill bit in my drill to remove the paint in the plug weld hole before welding. These bits have a flat end and easily remove the primer/paint that's in the hole. I use epoxy primer instead of weld-through primer. Amazon has the bits for pretty cheap. Just match the bit diameter with the hole diameter.

I used undercoat procedure from Dinitrol that was painted on with compressed air. First was a base layer of oily "cavitywax" more like cavity oil, and topcoat of rock protection. Endresult was awesome and has been held well for few years now. before i used some cheap stuff that you painted on, and every year i had to apply more as the old stuff started cracking. Only mistake i did was the fact that it really does get everywhere.. should have covered the whole exthauspipe and outside of the car.. cant figure how the undercoat got to the roof and sides and glass if i was painting from the underside lol. spend more time washing the paint and glass as the end result

Get a single burner hot plate from Amazon for 20$ for the shop. Put a pan of water on to boil, put the hose end into the water until it softens. I work on old farm equipment with harden hoses and this method never fails, provided of course the hose don't split! p.s. You can't beat cardboard on concrete. I have a brand new creeper hanging on the wall for 4 years, never used it. I save every big piece of cardboard I find.
